Netridium User Guide

Netridium — User Guide

For end users who run the tools your team has set up. No technical knowledge needed — you pick a tool, click Run, and get a finished report back.

An AI Tool is a ready-made tool an admin or consultant built for you. You don't write prompts or code — you just run it and view the result.

Signing in

Open the Netridium link your administrator gave you and sign in with your email and password. If you were invited, follow the link in your invitation to set your password. You'll only ever see the tools your role is allowed to use.

Finding a tool

Go to My Reports (sometimes labeled My AI Tools). You'll see the tools available to you, grouped into folders. Use the search box to filter by name, folder, or description.

Each row shows the tool's name, a short description, when it last ran, and its current status.

Running a tool

  1. Click Run on the tool you want.
  2. If the tool asks for inputs, a short form appears — pick a date, choose an

account, select an option, or type a value, then submit. (Required fields are marked; the form checks them before starting.)

  3. If it has no inputs, it starts right away.

That's it — the tool runs in the background and the result is saved for you.

Watching progress

Runs are processed in the background, so you don't have to wait on the screen. The status updates live:

  • Queued / Running — it's working.
  • Ready — the result is done and ready to view.
  • Failed — something went wrong (see the message, or ask your admin).

You can move around the app — open another tool, check a different result — and come back; the status keeps updating. You can also Cancel a run that's still going.

Viewing and downloading the result

When a run is Ready, click View to open it. Depending on the tool, you'll see:

  • A spreadsheet (Excel) — with multiple tabs and a search box to filter the

    current sheet.

  • A formatted document or PDF.
  • A chart or image.
  • Text or structured data.

Where the tool allows it, IDs and links in tables are clickable and take you straight to the record in the source system (e.g., a Salesforce record).

Click Download to save the result to your computer.

Re-running and history

  • Click Run again any time to get a fresh result with the latest data (you can

    change the inputs).

  • Your history keeps past results so you can re-open or compare them.

Scheduled tools & email

Some tools are set to run automatically on a schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly). If your workspace has notifications turned on, you'll get an email when a run finishes (or if one fails). The email links back to the in-app result — you'll sign in to view it, so your data stays protected.

Sharing a result

If sharing is enabled, open a finished report and choose Share to create a secure link. The link opens a protected viewer — not a raw file — so it stays controlled.

Tips

  • Pick the right inputs. If a tool asks for a date range or an account, that's

what scopes the result — choose carefully.

  • A tool returns the same kind of result each time (a spreadsheet, a PDF, etc.),

so you know what to expect.

  • If a result looks off or a run fails, try running it again, then let your

administrator know — they manage the tools and connections.

Frequently asked

  • Can I edit what a tool does? No — tools are built and maintained by your

admins/consultants. Ask them for a change or a new tool.

  • Why can't I see a tool a colleague has? Access is set per role; ask your admin

    to grant it.

  • Where did my old report go? It's in your history — search or scroll to find

    it.

  • Is my data safe? Each workspace is isolated, credentials are encrypted, and

results are only accessible to signed-in, authorized users.
